ABBREVIATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that he (she) is a licensee of the Homeowner and not a tenant; and that he (she) is not acquiring any interest in the property.
2. It is understood that each unit is privately owned including the furnishings.
3. Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbours or residents. The Homeowner has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and to ask disruptive Guests to vacate the premises.
4. Cancellation charges are as follows: 31 days or more prior to arrival - 100% of deposit, 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of rental. Travel Insurance is recommended as it can help protect you from certain unexpected risks offering protection for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, and Travel Delay.
5. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00pm, and checkout is no later than 10:00am. Unless otherwise agreed with the Homeowner.
6. Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident or injury caused to any person, or loss sustained by any person, arising out of, or in any way related to Guest(s) use of the premises and amenities. Guest(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of, or in any way related to Guest(s) use of the premises and amenities. Children must always be supervised in pool area.
7. Guest(s) are expected to leave the premises in a clean, orderly and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to make a charge against your security deposit, for any damage, excessive dirt, or additional work for the cleaning team.
8. Local calls are free. For all other calls you will require a pre-paid telephone card (available in most large retail outlets).
9. No parties of guests who are all under the age of 21 will be accepted. The villa you are renting will be available for occupancy from 4:00 p.m., local time. Departure time is 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Local calls are free. For all other calls you will require a pre-paid telephone card.

Trash pick-up for this community is daily - there is a bin at the front of property. Please put the trash in the bin first thing in the morning if possible. Do not put the trash out any earlier as the birds and raccoons may get into it.

- There is no smoking allowed inside this
villa. You can smoke outside on the Lanai but
please proper receptacles.
- There are no pets allowed.
- No under-age drinking. If this occurs and
we gain knowledge, then the sheriff will be called and the guests will be
removed.
- Do
not move furniture.
- Do
not park on the grass.
- The
maximum number of guests in our home is 6 for 3 bedrooms.
- Please read and follow the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you
filled out the reservation.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
- Remove linens from used beds and put on the
bed. Please do not remove mattress pad.
- Please wash as many of the towels the night prior to your departure
and put a load of linens or towels in the wash upon departure.
- Please start dishwasher upon departure.
- Bag all trash and put in garbage can at the garage door on
departure day.
